Microsoft Azure customers faced the challenge of governing thousands of employee email signatures securely and consistently across devices and platforms—especially as mobile and web email volumes grew—while also wanting to leverage signatures for marketing and comply with legal requirements. Templafy was engaged with its Email Signature Manager to address this need.

Templafy deployed its Email Signature Manager hosted on Microsoft Azure, keeping signature insertion inside each organization’s Azure tenant, integrating with Azure Active Directory and SSO, and enabling in-house addition of signatures for mobile and Outlook Web App without routing email through third parties. The result: centralized, automated governance and on-brand signatures at scale, faster rollout (tenant live in under 48 hours), and reduced interception risk thanks to Templafy’s Azure-based implementation.
