Case Study: Etex achieves simplified multi-brand management and global brand consistency with Templafy

A Templafy Case Study

Preview of the Etex Case Study

How Etex made multi-brand complexity simple

Etex, a global building materials company with more than 13,000 employees across 101 offices and many local commercial brands, faced inconsistent use of templates and branded assets as documents were adapted differently across countries and languages. During a corporate brand relaunch, Etex sought a centrally managed solution to replace outdated local files and Google searches for logos and templates, and selected Templafy to standardize and distribute brand assets.

Templafy was implemented as a cloud-based, centrally managed platform that gives employees easy access to correctly branded presentations, slides, logos, images and email signatures across regions and languages, replacing local servers and SharePoint/Teams stores. As a result, brand consistency and the use of branded content have improved, templates are now available in multiple languages, and Etex reports strong quarterly adoption and usage figures since deploying Templafy.
