The implementation enabled the migration of 2.5 million customers and 6.9 million accounts across more than 360 product types, while maintaining or improving customer satisfaction and retention after launch. With Temenos, Commerce Bank now runs two releases per month, is improving time to market for new products, and has launched digital services like Commerce Bank Connect on Temenos Engage.
