A TemboSocial Case Study
BMO sought to accelerate its digital-banking strategy by turning every employee into a “Digital Leader.” To crowdsource ideas and spark grassroots engagement across a large, bilingual and geographically dispersed workforce, BMO ran a Digital Leader ideation campaign using the TemboSocial product TemboSocial Ideas.
TemboSocial provided a scalable, SharePoint‑integrated ideation platform and supported an internal contest (team selfies and daily challenges) that made participation easy and peer-driven. The campaign yielded 167 ideas, 2,350 replies and 340 contributors, engaged 25% of the workforce (well above the 5–10% goal) and produced hundreds of actionable suggestions, with TemboSocial’s bilingual handling and real‑time reporting enabling leadership to measure and extend impact.
