Royal Bank of Canada engaged TemboSocial to help extend its "Your Someday" Olympic campaign to employees who were excluded from the public contest. The Brand Marketing team needed a simple, visually engaging intranet space where employees could share their Someday dreams, connect with colleagues, and enter daily prize draws—reaching a 52,000-person internal audience while capturing the Olympic spirit.
TemboSocial implemented its TemboSocial Comments software with a custom Olympic-themed template and single-click intranet access, delivering the campaign within three weeks. The effort generated 3,476 submissions, 5,919 likes, 6,166 unique page views and 12,626 impressions in just over two weeks (over 6% of the target audience participated and 56% of visitors submitted), demonstrating strong engagement and successful internal activation by TemboSocial.
