Consulting Portal (CP), an IT service management specialist, needed a way to get feedback to assess the maturity of IT process implementations and to better engage its audience to increase retention, drive conversion, and influence new initiatives. The campaign substantially increased client engagement and produced actionable audience insights that Consulting Portal used to refine messaging and drive conversions; following the success, Consulting Portal expanded its use of TemboSocial for additional annual polls and poll-based marketing campaigns.
