Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is one of North America’s largest clean power producers, with over 10,000 employees and strong ties to local, environmental and Indigenous communities. Producing roughly half of Ontario’s electricity, OPG prioritizes employee health, safety and sustained high performance across its diverse workforce.

To support that priority, OPG partnered with LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell, an EAP and total well‑being platform providing mental, physical, social and financial supports—from sleep and smoking‑cessation programs to a newsfeed app and 24/7 counselling. These services have been well received by employees and are helping to build a stronger culture of health, safety and wellbeing across the organization.
