Nestlé, with 3,500 employees in Canada and over 320,000 worldwide across nutrition, confectionery, coffee, ice cream and manufacturing, moved from a narrow focus on physical safety to a broader health strategy addressing mental and physical health both at work and in employees’ personal lives.

LifeWorks delivered integrated well-being services and clinical support tailored to Nestlé’s needs; over 12 months this included more than 2,100 hours of clinical care and helped reduce absenteeism by 52%, strengthening employee health and organizational performance.
