To meet these demands, Replicant turned to Telnyx and its Programmable Voice API, along with Virtual Cross Connects to connect directly to Telnyx’s multi-cloud network.
With Telnyx, Replicant cut talk-time latency from more than three seconds to under one second, enabling more natural conversations without masking delays. Telnyx also helped Replicant improve reliability and scale from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of calls per day, while reducing voice costs from $0.07 to $0.01 per minute, an 86% savings.
