Telliant Systems worked with a leading healthcare IT company that needed help overhauling its revenue cycle and reconciliation processes. The customer wanted to enhance its revenue management system and dental billing module so it could better integrate with existing dental practice management software, automate capture and reconciliation, improve workflows and reporting, and support a plug-and-play application for future use with other platforms.

Telliant Systems designed and developed an end-to-end revenue cycle solution with modules for paper EOB to 835 conversion, Check 21 file creation, reconciliation of paper and electronic payments, human-readable ERA generation, workflow automation, and analytics dashboards. The solution was integrated with the customer’s existing software and delivered improved usability, audit controls, reporting, and concurrent-user support, helping streamline billing and treasury reconciliation while reducing manual work and improving visibility across payment and AR data.
