Incentro, an IT consultancy, discovered its recruitment website was outdated, no longer matched the company brand, and wasn’t attracting the medior-to-senior tech talent they needed. The team set clear goals to improve UX, performance, and candidate alignment so applicants would better understand Incentro’s work and technical capabilities.

They rebuilt the careers site with a JAMstack approach and Recruitee integration, designed the experience around AIDA marketing principles, added technical content and staff stories, and used the project to reintegrate four returning employees. After launch they recorded a 25% increase in page views, 80% more users and 140% more applicants.
