Hourly is a people platform for small businesses that helps track time, pay and insurance, with offices in Palo Alto and Medellín. Founded by Tom Sagi and Shay Litvak, the 20+ person startup is scaling quickly—planning to double its team and expand into new states—but faced an informal, time-consuming hiring process, heavy HR admin and the need for compliance with varied state payroll taxes.
