Rockstart is an Amsterdam-based accelerator that has helped dozens of startups scale (78 in the program, 68 graduates, 400+ jobs created and €29M+ raised). Its startups repeatedly faced a common challenge: hiring quickly and reliably. Existing platforms were US-focused and ad-hoc referrals and an overburdened internal recruiter made finding and tracking quality candidates slow and unscalable.

Rockstart partnered with Recruitee to create Talent Pool — a simple job board plus applicant-tracking system that pre-screens candidates and organizes applications for all startups. The platform streamlined Rockstart’s hiring workflow, enabled faster candidate review (30 seconds–10 minutes per candidate), and is now used by about 20 startups, producing seven hires so far and helping Rockstart move toward a targeted two-week hire timeline.
