Diageo Global Travel, part of the global beverage leader Diageo, needed to coordinate several hundred airport brand ambassadors worldwide while collecting field data, photos, activation task completion and training materials—an increasingly difficult challenge during a turbulent retail period. To address this, they turned to TeletrackLIVE for a streamlined solution.
TeletrackLIVE delivered its retail activation app as a progressive web app (PWA), enabling rollout to hundreds of users via a simple URL and no device restrictions, and used its DashMagic dashboards to surface field data in real time. The TeletrackLIVE implementation centralized Diageo’s commercial effectiveness and retail activation efforts, produced unprecedented levels of data from the field and provided real-time dashboards to monitor performance and drive faster decision-making.
