Carlisle Support Services, the UK's largest provider of outsourced merchandising and retail support services, faced a major challenge coordinating multiple teams and reliably collecting field surveys, images, activation tasks and training materials across many stores. To address this gap they adopted TeletrackLIVE, a retail activation progressive web app (PWA) designed for field merchandising.
TeletrackLIVE delivered a centralised platform for merchandisers to submit surveys and photos, receive activation tasks and roll out to hundreds of users simply via a URL. With TeletrackLIVE and its DashMagic dashboards, Carlisle Support Services centralised operations, captured unprecedented levels of field data and provided clients with real-time, live-data dashboards for more detailed reporting.
