HIAB Transport, a long-time member of the National Road Carriers, needed better visibility across its fleet to improve customer service and manage jobs more efficiently. The company discovered Teletrac Navman’s fleet management solutions at an NRC event and began using them to help track vehicles and operations in real time.

Teletrac Navman implemented a complete fleet management system with in-cab devices, giving HIAB Transport real-time fleet visibility so trucks could be rerouted and jobs reallocated as capacity changed. HIAB also adopted RUC Manager to handle Road User Charges electronically, enabling digital licence purchases and automatic distribution to vehicles, which improved efficiency and streamlined administration.
