Fulton Hogan Sees Improved On-Time, On Temp, & Penalty-Free Deliveries

Fulton Hogan, a transport operator, was struggling to improve the reliability of its deliveries, including keeping jobs on time, at temperature, and free of penalties. To solve these challenges, Fulton Hogan worked with Teletrac Navman through its TransTech division and adopted CMS Transport Systems’ Freight 2020 transport management software.

Teletrac Navman implemented Freight 2020 alongside the SmartJobs job management app, giving Fulton Hogan better tools to enter, build, cost, and schedule jobs while enabling drivers to record delivery details, temperature, and weight on ruggedized tablets. The result was improved on-time, on-temp, and penalty-free deliveries, with Fulton Hogan also exploring further automation for real-time customer access to bitumen order temperatures.
