Facing exponential growth—about 750,000 transcodes per month and daily peaks of 25,000–50,000—Wazee needed an automated, globally distributed transcoding workflow that could support new codecs, fast turnaround times, and responsive technical support while reducing the overhead of a physical data center.

Wazee migrated to Telestream Cloud (powered by Vantage) on AWS, moving to just-in-time, usage-based processing with localized ingest to the nearest AWS data centers, automated onboarding, and features like sub-clipping.
