WCPMedia Services (WCP) is a Swiss entertainment-services company founded in 2011 that created WCPApp, a cloud-based platform to store, manage, market, transcode and distribute media. WCP faced a fragmented digital supply chain where producers, distributors and broadcasters used disparate architectures and workflows, making global, standardized content exchange and fast screener delivery difficult and inconsistent.

To solve this, WCP integrated Telestream Vantage as the core transcoding and workflow engine in WCPApp and the WCP Screener Room, automating screener generation and multi–bitrate preparation on demand and working alongside Signiant and Interra Baton. Deployed redundantly across four environments, the solution supports 500+ companies on the platform, streamlines standardized delivery for festivals and buyers, and gives WCP the scalability and codec support needed to grow its user base and meet compliance requirements.
