Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), the world’s largest Christian television network, needed a way to centralize media management across multiple U.S. sites while standardizing file handling, ingest, transcoding, and metadata workflows. TBN selected Telestream’s ContentAgent as a key part of its workflow to help reduce duplicate files, avoid naming errors, and support integration with IPV Curator MAM and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Telestream’s ContentAgent and CardAgent automated camera card ingest, transcoding, re-wrapping, and delivery, while JobAgent accelerated processing and rich metadata was preserved for easier search and editing. The result was a more consistent, predictable workflow that saved time, improved accuracy, and freed staff from repetitive tasks so they could focus on higher-value creative work.
