KSE Media Ventures, which consolidated multiple sports and outdoor networks into a single Centennial NOC, faced rapidly growing, high‑volume media workflows—50–100 shows per channel plus hundreds of promos and ads weekly—requiring ingest, metadata, closed captions, transcoding and QC. The company needed a unified, automated, scalable solution to replace time‑consuming manual processes and support multiple, distinct delivery requirements across its networks.

KSE implemented Telestream Vantage running on GPU‑accelerated Lightspeed servers as a load‑balanced transcode farm over a 10GigE LAN, merging existing systems and automating watch‑folder workflows. The result was a resilient, easily scalable pipeline that handles seven simultaneous linear streams plus VOD and distribution prep, greatly reduced manual work, improved throughput and reliability, and became the core of KSE’s on‑air media processing.
