Telescope used its CONNECT moderation platform to collect and manage entries from Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, while also supporting live interactive formats with Q&A, calls to action, countdowns, and instant-win mechanics. The results included a 50% engagement rate on Facebook, more than 60,000 stream views, and over 36,000 total engagements, showing that Telescope helped Walkers drive strong fan participation and reach.
