Verizon kicks off an epic interactive live stream event with icon, Bob the Drag Queen, promoting their 5G Ultra Wideband with the new Samsung S22 Ultra

Verizon wanted a fresh way to showcase the new Samsung S22 Ultra and its 5G Ultra Wideband launch while driving audience engagement. Working with Telescope, the brand planned an interactive live-stream experience that could highlight the phone’s capabilities in a real-world setting and encourage real-time fan participation.

Telescope helped Verizon stream the “Queen of Demand” event simultaneously to Verizon’s and Bob the Drag Queen’s TikTok accounts and Verizon’s Twitter channel using Twitter Media Studio and TikTok LIVE. The one-take stream, hosted by Bob the Drag Queen with guest Garrett Watts on the streets of Santa Monica, featured live Q&A and real-time comment interaction, demonstrating the S22 Ultra’s camera quality and unedited video performance while expanding reach across social platforms.
