Telescope partnered with Vans to create the Vans Custom Culture Contest, an interactive competition for high school students to design custom Vans shoes and help their schools win funding for art programs. The challenge was to manage a multi-phase campaign that included registration, entry submission, and public voting.

Using Telescope’s UGC, Easy Sweeps, and Custom Online Vote products, Vans launched an online experience where schools registered, uploaded shoe designs, and advanced through a public voting round. Telescope helped Vans run the contest from start to finish, including a voting system that limited users to one vote per day and allowed double votes through social sharing on Twitter or Facebook, driving engagement across 50 finalists.
