Telescope helped The Voice, NBC’s long-running talent competition, boost audience participation during its live elimination rounds. The show needed a fast, reliable way for fans to save contestants in real time, using Telescope’s Social Vote and Custom Online Vote products across Twitter, NBC.com, and the official app.
Telescope built an Instant Save system with a five-minute voting window, a custom countdown, live result tracking, and dashboard tools for NBC producers, with results integrated into on-air graphics. The campaign drove more than 13 million tweets and 60 million impressions, and one season’s save was decided by just two votes, showing the high level of fan engagement and the impact of Telescope’s real-time voting platform.
