The Sprint Experience On-site digital fan experience with multiple interactive applications

Sprint partnered with Telescope to create an engaging on-site digital fan experience at NASCAR Sprint Cup race weekends. The challenge was to give fans more ways to interact with Sprint-sponsored content while capturing data and encouraging opt-ins for future communication.

Telescope delivered a fully sponsored experiential campaign using custom on-site applications, including Trophy Photo, Customer Rewards, Fast Five, Driver Match, and Social Garage. Fans could take photos, enter sweepstakes, take quizzes, and view social feeds, while Sprint collected contact information and opt-ins; at the end of each visit, fans over 18 received follow-up emails with personalized details and links to continue engaging from home, driving high fan participation throughout the year.
