Intel wanted to boost fan engagement around America’s Greatest Makers by giving viewers a way to interact with the show in real time and by bringing social conversation into the live broadcast. Telescope partnered with Intel and used its Connect Live and Content to Air products to support a multi-channel Q&A experience and live social moderation for the TBS series.
Telescope launched a Sociable Q&A hub where fans could submit questions via the show website or Twitter using #AskGreatestMakers, with questions accepted both in advance and during live sessions. Telescope also moderated Facebook and Twitter comments and pushed approved posts to air through Chyron integration during weekly broadcasts, helping Intel drive week-over-week social engagement and create a more interactive viewing experience.
