On national #GoSkateboarding Day, professional skateboarder Tony Hawk, host Alec Beck, and special guests invited skaters across the US to join the celebration LIVE on TikTok

The Skatepark Project worked with Telescope to support its national Go Skateboarding Day celebration and raise awareness for its nonprofit mission. The team needed a way to entertain skateboarding fans, connect remote participants, and encourage donations during a live TikTok event.

Telescope provided full production services, full remote production services, and on-site technical support to produce the livestream from Hawk HQ and bring in six skateboarders from across the US. The event used custom on-air graphics and TikTok donation prompts, helping the #GoSkateboarding hashtag reach the Discover Page with 26.8 million views that night and more than 60 million views within 48 hours, while the stream earned over 265K TikTok views and 2.5K new followers.
