Official Oscars Prediction Ballot with Leaderboard

Telescope worked with Oscars to create a second-screen prediction experience for the Academy Awards. The challenge was to engage movie fans before and during the broadcast with an interactive way to submit winner predictions, compete with friends, and add incentive through prizes.

Using Custom Fantasy League and Easy Sweeps, Telescope built an official ballot site with Facebook login, a sweepstakes entry flow, and a real-time leaderboard that updated as the show progressed. Fans could change their picks until the ballot locked, compare scores with friends, and view results live during the Oscars, driving broad participation and social engagement, though the case study does not provide specific numerical results.
