Telescope worked with NBA to power its annual All-Star voting program, which needed a highly engaging way to let fans participate across multiple channels. Using Telescope’s social voting, SMS/text messaging, Facebook Messenger, standard online voting, and Google search voting products, NBA was able to reach fans wherever they were active.

Telescope implemented a multi-platform voting experience that included Twitter hashtag voting with custom player emojis, Facebook Messenger voting, SMS voting, Google search voting, and an online vote that allowed fans to cast up to 100 votes during the voting window. Votes were validated through Telescope’s Connect Live platform, and the solution helped boost social media buzz, user engagement, and sponsor awareness across each voting method.
