Telescope partnered with Comic Relief to support Red Nose Day, a major fundraising campaign aimed at lifting kids out of poverty and raising awareness and money for children in need. The challenge was to make donating easy across multiple channels while also building excitement and participation around the live telethon and related promotional events.

Telescope managed donation mechanics across toll-free, online, and premium SMS channels, designed and built the high-capacity front-end donation experience, and provided full production and live streaming services for Facebook and NBC telethon events. The solution helped simplify giving, supported simultaneous live streams and celebrity promos, and contributed to Red Nose Day’s campaign reach; the work was also recognized as a 2017 Shorty Social Good Awards finalist.
