A Telescope Case Study
Telescope worked with Francis Ford Coppola Winery to celebrate Francis Ford Coppola’s 80th birthday and support the winery’s Sundance Film Festival sponsorship. The challenge was to collect authentic video stories from fans about the biggest risks they had taken, both from attendees on-site in Park City and from a wider audience online, using a custom UGC and experiential activation.
Telescope customized its Uploader and Native App, deployed three branded kiosks at Sundance, provided on-site support and videography, and used CONNECT Social Moderation to review and approve submissions for a public gallery. The campaign generated thousands of videos from around the world, expanded Francis Ford Coppola Winery’s marketing outreach lists, and awarded one winner a trip to a Family Coppola Hideaway, while Telescope also helped produce a final hero video shared for Coppola’s birthday.
