CNN worked with Telescope to create an easier way for fans to vote in the annual CNN Heroes awards. The challenge was to let people support their favorite everyday heroes across multiple platforms while keeping the experience simple and accessible.

Telescope implemented a multi-platform voting campaign using its Standard Vote product on CNN.com and a Facebook Messenger voting experience. Fans could review contestant info and videos, then cast up to 30 votes per day across multiple recipients. The campaign drove strong engagement, including 73,400+ shares and 3.3 million video views on the Facebook post announcing the winner, and it was recognized as a 2017 Shorty Awards finalist.
