America’s Got Talent worked with Telescope to evolve its voting experience and give fans new ways to participate in the show. The challenge was to create a seamless, high-volume voting system across multiple channels, including online, mobile, SMS, toll-free, and app-based voting.
Telescope launched a first-ever Google search voting integration for AGT and supported voting through NBC.com, the native app, Xfinity set-top boxes, toll-free phone lines, and the sponsored Dunkin’ Save. Telescope’s high-capacity platform verified, counted, and aggregated votes in real time, helping extend the show’s reach and drive stronger fan engagement across channels.
