Using Telescope’s custom online vote, native app, and SMS/text-messaging products, fans could vote via the app, ABC’s website, or text messages, while also exploring interactive features like photo uploads, fan feeds, and polling in the native app. Telescope delivered verified results during the live broadcast and supported a first-ever simultaneous vote across all U.S. time zones, helping American Idol drive high-volume participation and stronger fan engagement throughout the season.
