SDIS 31, the departmental fire and emergency services of Haute Garonne, needed a way to communicate effectively with employees spread across more than 40 sites, including office staff and field responders. Telelogos provided its Media4Display digital signage software to help the organization reach all staff with both area-wide and local information.

With Telelogos Media4Display, SDIS 31 installed around thirty screens and used a web console to centrally manage content, schedules, and screen settings while giving local managers restricted control over their own stations. The solution improved internal communication, was described as quick, easy, and intuitive to use, and enabled SDIS 31 to train new users in-house more rapidly, increasing autonomy for local teams.
