How Does A Mall Manage Its Digital Signage Screens

Parque Arauco, one of Chile’s leading shopping center groups, needed a better way to guide visitors and promote offers at its new Parque La Colina mall in Bogotá. To meet this challenge, it worked with Telelogos and ViaDirect, using Telelogos’ Media4Display digital signage software alongside an interactive wayfinding solution.

Telelogos helped deploy 17 double-sided kiosks with two 65-inch screens each, combining navigation on one side and advertising/content playback on the other. The setup improved the visitor experience, enabled fast remote content updates and multi-user content management, and supported DOOH advertising with increased ROI, while also allowing remote monitoring and early issue detection through integrated device management.
