Fraikin digitizes its vehicle management with Logic Instrument tablets and Telelogos software

Fraikin, a European leader in vehicle rental and fleet management, wanted to digitize the way it tracks the condition of vehicles across its 175 agencies. Previously, vehicle status was recorded manually and then re-entered into its IT system, creating delays and extra work. Fraikin worked with Telelogos and used rugged Logic Instrument Fieldbook tablets managed by Telelogos’ MediaContact software.

Telelogos implemented a mobile solution that let Fraikin employees record vehicle condition data, including photos, directly on the tablets and sync it automatically to the company system when connected to Wi-Fi. The result was greater efficiency, no need for duplicate data entry, faster remote support and app updates, and a more modern, transparent customer experience with photo-based condition reports emailed automatically to clients.
