Almost 300,000 Cdiscount shipments have been delivered and tracked using MediaContact

C Chez Vous, the delivery arm handling Cdiscount’s online orders in France, needed a way to optimize delivery operations and track shipments more reliably. To support nearly 1,500 deliveries per day, the company worked with Telelogos and its MediaContact software, along with a custom mobile application developed by KNK, to equip delivery staff with connected mobile devices.

Telelogos’ MediaContact was used to manage and synchronize the devices, provide real-time route instructions, and send delivery updates back to headquarters. This gave C Chez Vous and the Casino Group better fleet management, bi-directional data synchronization, and reliable package tracking from order to final delivery, helping the business track almost 300,000 Cdiscount shipments and respond quickly to customers with up-to-date status information.
