A Telehouse Case Study
UK Dedicated Servers, founded in 2004, faced rapid growth and needed flexible colocation and stronger connectivity to support more customers and larger, mission‑critical hosting services. After evaluating providers it chose Telehouse for access to the Docklands ecosystem and direct carrier/ISP interconnects, colocating at Telehouse West to secure scalable rack space and high‑quality data centre services.
Telehouse allocated a private section at Telehouse West (initially space for up to 10 racks, three filled immediately) and delivered colocation, connectivity, power, cooling, security and ‘remote hands’ support. As a result, UK Dedicated Servers expanded from 2 to 15 racks across Telehouse Docklands, increased high‑capacity service customers tenfold since 2017, quadrupled outbound network connectivity, added staff to support a wider geographic customer base, and reported fast remote‑hands turnaround (requests resolved within four hours) with no power or network issues. Telehouse’s infrastructure and support enabled the company’s continued, measurable growth.
