Providing globally consistent, secure and reliable IaaS solutions at Telehouse Docklands

Voxility, a global Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider offering enterprise hardware rental, IP access, Tbps DDoS protection and on-site support, needed premium colocation and rich interconnection close to carriers, exchanges and major peering ecosystems to maintain low-latency, high-availability services. To meet this challenge, Voxility contracted Telehouse in 2014 for colocation at the Telehouse North Docklands campus to gain proximity to key networks and exchanges like LINX.

By establishing a presence at Telehouse North and using Telehouse’s carrier‑neutral interconnection and direct peering opportunities, Voxility improved its local infrastructure and simplified global delivery of IaaS and DDoS mitigation. The Telehouse deployment cut latency for network services and DDoS mitigation by about 20–30%, reduced delivery times for customers, and generated significant new business and peering opportunities in London.
