Gradwell, an independent UK business communications provider with £7m+ revenue and 21,000+ customers, specialises in VoIP, broadband and hosting. After a decade in Telehouse East, growth pushed Gradwell’s infrastructure to its limits and the company chose Telehouse — specifically the new Telehouse West facility — to future‑proof its London network.

Telehouse delivered a new caged suite in Telehouse West and managed the infrastructure upgrade alongside HP and system integrator DTP, installing HP Gen8 blades, 3PAR flash‑backed storage and linking the sites with a 20Gb connection, while providing on‑site Remote Hands with a four‑hour SLA. The cutover was seamless: Gradwell was operating at four times the previous capacity overnight, experienced large reductions in storage bottlenecks, increased interconnects and improved service stability and availability thanks to Telehouse’s migration expertise and ongoing support.
