IX Reach, a BSO company, is a global solutions provider offering SDN direct interconnection, remote peering at IXPs, Ethernet private lines and IP transit. To meet rising enterprise demand for cloud connectivity and to support a new SDN portal and Direct Cloud Connectivity service, IX Reach needed a data centre partner with superior carrier density and broad UK/European reach. Building on a decade-long relationship, IX Reach chose Telehouse for colocation and cross-connect access in key locations like London Docklands and Paris.

Telehouse supplied dense carrier ecosystems and rack space across its London, Paris and Frankfurt campuses, enabling IX Reach to deploy points of presence in Telehouse sites, accelerate its Direct Cloud Connectivity product and develop the IX Reach One SDN Portal for fast ordering and provisioning. As a result, IX Reach materially grew its network footprint (240+ global PoPs, 30+ cloud region onramps, 50+ IXP providers), launched new enterprise services and is expanding rack space — while Telehouse has gained increased cloud-service opportunities through the strengthened partnership.
