Gradwell quadruples capacity with Telehouse

Gradwell, an independent provider of internet communications services, faced a challenge in future-proofing its technology and connectivity as its customer base grew. After a decade in Telehouse East, elements of its infrastructure were reaching their limits. To guarantee reliability and support expansion, Gradwell needed a major upgrade of its London network infrastructure and chose to partner with Telehouse.

Telehouse provided a new, secure suite in its Telehouse West facility and managed the infrastructure upgrade, working with partners to install new servers, storage, and networking. This created a seamless, non-disruptive migration. The results included a platform operating at four times the previous capacity, significant speed improvements from new storage technology, and enhanced service stability supported by Telehouse's on-site Remote Hands engineers. This upgrade allowed Gradwell to reduce bottlenecks and increase service availability for its customers.
