FiberLine Communications worked with Telarus to help a high-end real estate company headquartered in Los Angeles address its growing unified communications needs. The customer had more than 300 users across five locations, plus remote workers using a mix of devices and operating systems, and its existing on-premise voice platform was no longer meeting business needs.
Telarus recommended Masergy’s global cloud unified communications solution, including UCaaS capabilities such as Masergy Communicator and analytics through the UCaaS Analyst portal.
