Atlas IP helped ClearFreight, a global import/export and logistics company, address major concerns about network stability and voice quality as it prepared to deploy a new UCaaS system across multiple sites. ClearFreight was experiencing slow internet and productivity issues, and needed visibility into the root causes before adding more cloud-based communications services.

Atlas IP worked with Telarus engineering to use VXPulse for a full network assessment, including bandwidth monitoring, traceroutes, ping and availability reports, and simulated voice calls to measure jitter, delay, packet loss, and MOS. The assessment identified excess traffic at one core switchport, which ClearFreight fixed quickly; as a result, the company moved forward with the UCaaS purchase, selected RingCentral, and also bought VXPulse for ongoing monitoring across all locations.
