MicroVention, a leading medical device manufacturer and subsidiary of Terumo Corporation, needed to improve labeling efficiency as the company grew rapidly across facilities in California, Costa Rica, and China. Working from TEKLYNX’ existing LABELVIEW setup, MicroVention needed a more secure, network-based enterprise labeling system that could support 50+ users, 2,000+ SKUs, JD Edwards ERP integration, and FDA/UDI compliance.

TEKLYNX implemented TEKLYNX CENTRAL CFR, a browser-based enterprise label management solution, along with custom services including advanced date-stamp logic, SQL synchronization, and interface patches. The result was a streamlined global labeling process and a 50% improvement in total production efficiency, while also improving security, audit trails, electronic signature control, and regulatory compliance.
