Lippert Components, Inc. and its affiliate Kinro Inc., a manufacturer of components for RVs and manufactured homes, faced challenges with inefficient manual label printing processes that lacked standardization and could not keep pace with their rapid growth. They partnered with barcode software vendor TEKLYNX to implement an enterprise labeling solution to automate printing, improve accuracy, and accommodate customer customization requests.

TEKLYNX implemented its SENTINEL print automation and CODESOFT label design software, which integrated with the company's ERP system. This TEKLYNX solution resulted in massive scalability, growing from 1 to 239 printers and from 10 to over 615 users across more than 32 locations. The company now prints over 55,000 labels daily, achieving significant labor and cost savings, increased productivity, and improved fraud prevention through better warranty processing.
