Lippert Components, Inc. & Kinro, Inc. Enable Growth and Control Costs with a Scalable, Advanced Enterprise Label Design and Printing Solution

Lippert Components, Inc. and its affiliate Kinro, Inc., a leading supplier of RV and manufactured home components, needed a way to support rapid growth while reducing labor, improving logistics, standardizing label printing, and giving customers more customized labels. They were using standalone printers that could not share files, which led to redundant work, consistency issues, and manual processes. TEKLYNX International’s CODESOFT label design software and SENTINEL print management software were selected to help address these challenges.

TEKLYNX implemented CODESOFT and SENTINEL with Strategic Systems & Technology Corporation to automate label design and printing across the company’s ERP environment. The solution improved accuracy, enabled easy customization, and reduced manual pre-printing and data entry. As a result, Lippert Components expanded from 1 to 239 printers and from 10 to 615 label printing users, now printing more than 55,000 labels per day across 32+ locations while lowering labor, IT, and administrative costs.
