TekLink worked with a global biopharmaceutical company in the pharmaceuticals industry to redesign its workforce planning process in SAP BPC. The customer’s existing planning process was cumbersome, error-prone, and time-consuming, and it wanted a more user-friendly system that would reduce planning cycle time and make it easier for department managers to use.

TekLink rebuilt the workforce planning solution from the ground up by automating planning steps, standardizing forms and reports, improving layouts, enabling multi-employee planning, and adding faster compensation calculations and mass upload capabilities. These changes significantly reduced manual effort and the number of process steps, lowered errors, shortened the planning cycle, improved reporting flexibility and user satisfaction, and increased user adoption while reducing training effort for new users.
